No refund, they forgot to process my refund

The product was faulty! After I purchased a product from them at a discounted rate, the product broke 2 days later. Sent it back only to be told that they can ONLY refund us, although the product is available at the full price. So after a week, still no payment in my bank account. Queried it to be told, the refund was not processed! Now I have to wait and see if they refunded me in another 5 working days. Absolutely PATHETIC
