No refund since 7 November

Bought an item . Upon receiving it, i realized that it was damaged. I logged a request for collection and refund till to date no refund was received. After receiving such service i doubt i will continue shopping with you. I called your call centre that made empty promises and still no refund . I want my refund, ref no RRN-C3ff-3a04. Looking forward to your prompt response
