No refund received in 3 weeks!!!!!!!!

Be warned! Do not order from takealot. Their customer service is terrible. They have turned off their phone lines and the consultants either ignore emails requesting feedback or give the incorrect feedback. I have been querying the status of my return for two weeks. I have liaised with Liziwe M. , Yaseen Arendse and Valentia Mazula but none of the consultants have assisted me and provided me with the proper feedback. The takealot website shows that the refund was concluded a week ago but I have not yet received a refund or a credit. Very disappointing for a company that I've supported for years.
