No refund received

Still waiting for my refund after returned the goods twice because it wasn't working. I paid a certain amount, received the product which was a Christmas present. It did not work and we requested it to be returned. Takealot then send us a new product with the price almost half. The new product was also defected. We returned the product on 8 January 2026 and to date have not received the refund or credit note.
