NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT RECEIVED.

On Wednesday 25-09-2019 I returned my Wearfit Health Tracker And Blood Pressure Measurement (Colour: Black) as it was not switching on. I only received one message on 26-09-2019 that the return would take 3 days to get to the warehouse. I wanted it replaced and not a refund. According to my return tracker the matter was closed and I was refunded and yet I have had no deposits into my account since 21-09-2019. I want my money back or a replacement ASAP. I will not buy from Takealot again if this is the service I get.
