No refund or replacement offered as per mail

I ordered a Coffee machine as a gift for someone in August 2020.

Product failed I logged a call. I received a mail that states after 21 days since call was logged, Takealot will refund or replace the product. Its now 24 days no mail or contact made.

I mailed them, no response received!!
