NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT FOR PRODUCT RETURNED

6 weeks ago I returned my Garmin watch for replacement. Unfrotunately 10 days later after the DC actually received the watch they realised the charger was not in the box. They eventually sent a courier. Takealot do not issue paperwork on returns, they simply take the produc back at their collection points. To be on the safe side I took a picture of the driver with the charger. Takealot have never received the charger. Now they decline the return and are sending the watch back to me - How dum is that. Send me a watch which isn't working in the 1st place and which I will now be unable to charge. Every time I phone some says they will escalate. No one phones phones back EVER.
