No refund or replacement

I ordered a pistol flashlight as a Christmas gift on the 19th of December. Went to pick it up 22 Dec, when i opened it, it was a empty box, only a instruction manual inside. It's 11 Feb today and after numerous attempts, numerous phone calls and emails, and them implying that i stole it and returned a empty box to them, i still have no refund or replacement. Very very unhappy with takealot.com
