No refund on defective product.

Ordered a parker fountain pen (jotter) from takealot. Within a month or so the pen cracked where you un***** it. I opted for a return and replacement as it was a gift for someone. A month or so later the same thing happens again with the replacement. This time cracked in 3 placed in the exact same point. 1 ink change in that time and the pen was stored in a case to prevent any damage this time round just in case. This time on return requested a refund as clearly there is a design flaw in the product - as many reviews of the pens show similar events occuring with poor reviews. Takealot this time refuses the refund stating that it's user damage instead. - It literally cracked in the same place on the same pen in the same amount of time as the first returned pen which they accepted. Terrible service. They should have accepted it and returned back to Parker.
