No refund on collected broken item

Never had problems with Takealot until now.... Requested a pickup of defective fitness watch that wasn't working. Pickup happened on the 2nd of January. Received an email a week later stating that my Takealot account was credited and that the return has been concluded. No refund at all. They have no email or cell numbers anymore to contact them only the self help option on the app. If anyone has advice on how to contact them, please let me know
