No Refund No Response

I ordered 2 Awnings, (Awning Warehouse 1.5 by 1 ) Sent 1 back because it was the wrong size. They replaced it with another incorrect and damaged product. I did not take delivery and they do not reply to any of my e-mails. The 2 awnings have to be joined to cover a 3M window I am unable to do the job with 1 awning. So I am R1490 out of pocket and very frustrated. It seems that since NASPERS have bought takealot the good service has been degraded to NO SERVICE. I will not use them again.
