No refund made

My mother in law ordered books from Takealot but the order was cancelled and she has requested a refund on numerous occasions. Order numbers are: ***0 and ***7. Refund was requested and approved on 28 September but up to date no refund was made into their account. The one amount for refund was R279 and on 24 Oct Takealot sent and email indicating there is another credit to the amount of R378. The total amount which had to be refunded is R658.00 bit still NO REFUND despite several emails sent to Takealot
