No refund for ****ty products

I am writing to express my frustration with my recent order from Takealot. I ordered a pair of size 10 shoes that zip in the front, but my experience has been nothing short of disappointing.

Upon receiving the shoes, I tried them on, and while the first shoe went on without issue, the zip head on the second shoe snapped off while I was attempting to pull it up. I didn't use any force; it simply broke. To make matters worse, the second shoe's zip just popped open immediately afterward.

The quality of these shoes is unacceptable, and now I am facing issues with Takealot’s customer service. They refuse to refund me for this defective product, and they have not returned the shoes either.

I would like to know why I am being denied a refund for this piece of ******* that was sold to me. If Takealot continues to refuse my refund, I expect my shoes to be returned so I can dispose of them myself after taking pictures and sharing my experience across social media.
