No refund for items not received😥

I did not receive all my items. The lady at the takealot centre in Bloemfontein said I must return everything to receive my refund. I did as she said and now I was only refunded for the items send back and nothing for the outstanding items. Very poor service, very disappointed wil not make use of you ever again.
