No refund 🤷🏾♀️

I've always put my faith in this company because I always purchase stuff and utilize their services without any hassles. But this time, I'm disappointed by their inability to refund me. I returned their faulty product and have been expecting my refund within 3-5 days business as usual, but it's been exactly 3 weeks today and I'm still waiting. Admittedly, I requested the product to be returned within 2 days because I thought I didn't charge it long enough and gave it a benefit of the doubt somehow, and I wasn't around for the first collection. It was a ln honest mistake, but I made the means to communicate with them to let my mistake known. Fast tracking it, I made contact with the "support" team if you will, and they said they'll get back to me as soon as they've revolved the issue, and guess what? They are still revolving it til' this moment. And for such a small amount of money, I'd have expected to have long ago gotten it. Small as it is, I really do need it more than the company does. I don't know if I'm the one getting this kind of service, but I'm honestly disappointed. It's so unlike Takealot.com
