No refund, almost a month!

I placed an order through at the beginning of the month. I then cancelled the order before the items were dispatched for delivery. I phoned and requested a refund into my bank account.

I subsequently made 3 calls requesting the refund to be processed but nothing has come to light. I still have not received any feedback or refund.
