No refund after poor quality item

I purchased 2 stretchers on 7 Nov 2025 received the 17 Nov 2025 used it for the first time on 28 Nov 2025 returned it on the 1 Dec 2025 and the return was declined as the report I received was because of wear and tear the product was defective after just using the item once and no further responses from Takealot
