No refund after order cancelled

I couldn't complete 2 orders on the Takealot app and was unable to cancel them either . I had used eBucks on both and the eBucks were deducted from my account. Finally they cancelled the orders because I left them incomplete for over a week. The eBucks have not yet been refunded and this is now 2 weeks later .

The order numbers were : ********** 2 ********** 8 Total eBucks used and not refunded is 3731
