No refund

I cancelled a transaction and have been battling for a refund, received a lot of Emailsbut no follow up, Lisa Ntshoko stated refund will take 5-7 working days from 6th January, no instruction issued, Chad Weaver also promised he would attend to refund immidiatly, still no refund or communication as to when this will happen if ever. I have always been sceptical of buying on line and will now convey my dissapointment to as many people as possible.
