NO REFUND

<p>I have been waiting ONE MONTH for my refund. The item was inccorectly booked out as a mobile - but is a in actual fact a notebook.</p> <p>Booking it back in on the return - it was declined saying NO MOBILE received.</p> <p>I have called so many times - last call it was resolved - I had the driver take pictures as proof which he provided to the warehouse - the call centre confirmed this last week.</p> <p>I was notified that my refund will happen the next day.</p> <p>STILL WAITING - AND NO ONE GETS BACK TO ME.</p> <p>Today I call - NOT ALL ITEMS WERE RETURNED! From one story to another every time I call.</p> <p>I WANT MY REFUND!!!!</p>
