No Quotation!

<p>I bought a phone from Takealot last year and it broke. I needed a quotation for my insurance to replace the phone. In the help section it gives instructions for generating a quote but I can't find the links to do so. After contacting the help center, I was informed that Takealot doens't provide quotations. Why then provide help on the website to do so? Is it so much trouble to assist a loyal customer? As I am a regular customer of Takealot, I wanted to support them in buying my replacement phone because they have such great service and delivery. I will now buy my phone elsewhere. </p>
