No Proper Refund and Not all Products
<p>Been trying to order 3 items since Friday, when all items were in stock and ready for shipping, apperently allready packed, paid for same day, but never delivered, so takealot canceled the original order created another order charged again for sameday delivery, only delivered half the order , 2 items on Tuesday, and now there is no stock of the 3rd item, it was allready packed and ready for shipping on Friday what happended to it ???? Was told another on was shipped on Saturday from Capetown, arrived yesterday, what happened to it???? Now I have to wait until Friday???</p> <p>Were is this mystery item and why do they keep on diseapring??? </p> <p> </p>
Takealot Call center also sound like they do not care what you are trying to say, and if they can't see anything
"out of order" on there side, they just say you have to wait, not interested in escalating anything, I tried to hold on for a manager, 10 minutes later I had to put down the phone for an important work meeting.
