No proof of return (return lies)

I bought a Tv from them, I literally moved it to clean underneath and turned it back on. Not a sighn of neglect or negligence not even a scratch! The screen cracked somehow on the inside and there is no proof of neglect and they refuse a refund. Not only that but the Tv was in worse condition from the photos they sent back! They took 8 minutes to make a decision. Don’t believe them when they say anything! The Tv was in their possession for 8 minutes. And they decided no even though no signs of neglect!
