NO PROOF OF RECIEVING RETURNED PRODUCT

I took a return back to the drop off depot in Port Elizabeth. When asked for proof of receiving I was told by the lady that I will receive an email as proof of return. I'm still waiting for the email. I dropped it 29 June 2020.
