No product...but still no refund

Placed an order for bitdefender which arrived a week ago.

After discovering the license keys given has expired/already used I logged a ticket with takealot. I was told that issue would be resolved within 48hrs and they requested pictures of the box and licenses which I did.

It is now a week since anyone came back to me even after numerous requests for an update. They still have my money and I have no product.

I saw that the item has been removed from the site but no update. Requested that the issue be escalated...also no feedback. Second bad experience with takealot :(
