NO PRODUCT, NO CREDIT

I logged a return for a product and asked for it to be replaced. According to the tracking on 22/11 it was decided not to replace the product. It refers to an email on 22/11, that I didn't receive. Also didn't receive the R579 credit for the product. So, no fan, no credit. You stole my money
