No Product Delivery and Pathetic Service

Ordered controllers online as a small gift, the controllers were advertised as two controllers and a USB cable. Firstly, I was supposed to collect it before year end of 2022, but the collection date kept on changing, without my knowledge. Eventually when I was able to get through to Takealot, I was told that today was the last day of collection 05/01/2023. Without, even notifying me. When I eventually collect the package, there's only one controller in the box, and the control, itself does not work. This is terrible service.
