No pick up!
Order no. ***. I have been trying to arrange a pick up for my defective product. This will now be the 3rd time i have tried to arrange a pick up. But they never pitch up. This is unacceptable. My 30 day exchange will have expired by the time they eventually arrive. Very bad organisation.
