No Parcel Delivery

Am very disappointed that I did not receive my order on date today as was promised! I specifically paid extra for promised delivery today and did not receive parcel.

How can take-alot have these extra delivery options if they cant even guarentee delivery will be on requested day?

I have my God Childs birthday tomorrow morning and now I will have to go out early morning in a rush to buy a gift as take-alot couldn't deliver on promised day!!!
