No orders received

Hi have ordered a item from take a lot in the begin of July we are now at the end and still did not receive it every time i call they say it is schedule for delivery and give me a date but nothing come up that date they give me. This is my worst experience so far with them. i have already paid because of the COVID 19 they do not want to accept cash so now i can not refund until i receive my order.
