No order information

i made an order yesterday, paid for it and now the order is not showing under orders. when i check it, doesnt show any of the orders i have made this year. I also dont have an email for the order.how do i go about figuring out if the order has been placed or if there was some other kind of issue? my email address is vkagepongATgmail.com
