No options, their way or no way!!!!!!!

After placing my order on the 28th July 2025 there was no option to select same day delivery or next day I was automatically given standard delivery which I know takes donkey ages to happen. Spoken to an agent requesting if I could collect my own order as I can't wait for 5th/7th August cause I need my things for a house warming. Did he not tell me I don't have options but must wait until Monday. I don't want that, they can keep the delivery fee I just want to collect my parcel myself if they can't deliver by Saturday morning latest 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
