no one pick up the parcel

I have brought the wrong game, the parcel was not even open, i have requested the game to be picked up on the 9/26, it was suppose to be picked up on the 9/27 the game was not even picked today, then i check the system, it is saying that the return has being cancelled, no body come or phone me to say why
