No one knows what's happening with my order that's supposed to be delivered today

I cancel all my plans only for nothing. Since I waited for my order since 14 August till now takealot is useless when it comes to communicating with clients I called in the morning till now no communication I call again still they don't know what's happening with my order useless and *************. I stayed at home for nothing waiting for them. They don't value their customers. Am so angry
