No one attempted delivery!!!
I placed an order for next business day delivery. Was tracking my order and all of a sudden I saw that a delivery attempt was made. This was not the case because I was outside. I didn’t receive a call, text or email about the delivery. I then called them. The representative said that she would reach out to the driver and request that they reattempt delivery. 4 hours later I saw once again that delivery was attempted but again, no call, text or email. Immediately after, it said that my delivery will be attempted tomorrow between 8am and 5pm. I’ve reached out to them via email but hours have passed with no response.

I was in communication with 3 different representatives via phone as well as email about my order not being delivered. The last person I spoke with assured me that she will get in touch with the driver as these drivers were not letting me know they were at my residence. I don’t even believe that anyone even attempted delivery. Shortly after I spoke with the last representative, I checked the app and it stated my order was cancelled due to all the delivery attempts.
No one attempted delivery and I have not received one single text after they supposedly tried to deliver. This was supposed to be my daughter’s birthday gift and they ruined it.
To top it off, now we’ll be even more inconvenienced by having to wait for a refund.
Pathetic service from the lot of them!
