NO NUMBER NO DELIVERY TAKEALOT

Takealot have "tried" to deliver a parcel twice. They never called rang the security. I was only notified by a message " we were not able to deliver. I do a lot of buying on Takealot as I am disabled. I need the package urgently and cannot find a customer service number for Port Elizabeth anywhere. I am very very disappointed
