no MP bar code no return

I bought eyelash adhesive which does not work and on attempting to return it take-a-lot are insisting on an MP bar code. Despite having sent over 10 emails attaching photos of the actual product ad well as the original packaging that it came it to prove that there is NO MP barcode (their is the products barcode) but no MP barcode take-a-lot advised that they cannot accept the return without a MP barcode I am beyond frustrated as I cannot create a barcode that does not exist and as a result they will not refund my money or replace the products!
