No more takealot for me

On Wednesday the 21st I ordered a bunch of things for Christmas presents. The site said I would be able to collect on the 23rd - Today! I logged into my account on Thursday the 22nd only to see delivery would be the 30th of December, when I called takealot they told me two items where not in stock ( recieved no communication from takealot regarding this) they had to cancel those items and refund me in order for my order to still happen before Christmas, yeah right!!! My expected delivery date is the 28th now. I have called 3 times with no resolution and outcome to this. I am out of pocket and cannot go purchase Christmas presents at a shop while waiting for a refund from takealot which takes 3 - 5 days. No one seems to care at takealot. I recieve no communication, no resolution etc... so sad!!
