No means to contact Takealot!!!

They are not contactable these people!! I have logged a return and there is nooo where to reach them because no one is collecting the return items. They keep promising to come collect them only later at 8 send a message that they can’t reach me, while no one is calling me!! Why were they able to reach me during delivery and any other time before but suddenly they can’t reach me? I need you to come and collect your item and issue a refund thank you!!
