No logic in explaining order delay

So placed an order with Takealot last night (Thursday), the delivery options is Express Saturday or Guaranteed express Friday. When processing payment the app goes to bank verification but nothin came up. Tried again this morning and the bank approval notification came up and the payment was approved. Now I was informed the delivery will only be next week Tuesday. When i spoken to the call center the lady told me thats correct orders take 5 days, I sa no it said express wich is same or next day. How is that possible?

They said its just like that I questioned the logic and they say they only received payment today so delivery is Tuesday, i then ask how can express change from 1 or 2 days to 5 days with only a difference of a couple of hours between order and payment. When I re initiated today the payment it still said Guaranteed express. When i asked can i collect it from you on Saturday i was told no its not going to happen they don't dispatch products from the warehouse to customers but we have picked up parcels at one of their warehouses before. The lady was rude and didn't give a clear explanation and i asked how does their math work from express to 5 days due to a delay on either their system or the bank approval system of a couple of hours.
