No joy from Takealot.com after delivery was one item short!

Disappointed by Takealot- delivery of my 'Epson EcoTank ITS L6170 BIZ in BOX Value Bundle' came missing a Samsung Tablet and noone knows why it was missing. I was asked to package it for return & noone was willing to listen when I protested why I should return the full package when its just an internal investigation that needs to be done to determine at what stage the 'thieving ' or 'mispackaging' occurred? And now after suffering the inconvenience of disconnecting the printer, repacking it and take it to the office everyday in case they are coming to collect it, 7 days later noone has collected it and whats worse I had already put it on my insurance and also bought an extended warranty on it- am I going to get refunded for this financial loss on my part? How about loss of use aspect? I should be enjoying the use of the printer for the purpose I bought it for but its been packaged for 7 days now and just sitting! When I check online the last update on my return just says collection scheduled but at the same time it now says supplier out of stock- so what does this mean, you just going to take back the delivery and credit my account with the R6,499.00 I paid- what an insult! Whats the refund for the inconvenience suffered? I could have easily got the same promotion from Dion Wired or Makro at the same price and at better customer service if I had known that online shopping had its dark side. If I had bought from a shop this was going to be resolved same day!
