No items received in box except package material

I placed an order and upon delivery opened a security sealed box in front of the delivery guy to find that there was no product but only packaging material compacted. I was advised to contact [URL Removed] which I did and they sent a replacement order with the same story. Only compacted packaging material. They don't want to refund me as I don't want another ghost item as it's high risk. I don't see how they put customers first and think they are reputable. The problem lies with [URL Removed] supplier and them. They have no ethics nor internal control. This is disgusting to get this type of service from \the people who are happy when customer are happy\" a bunch of lies. Still awaiting a response from \"Melissa Steenkamp\" who is *********** as she was supposed to contact me which she failed pathetically to do so. I'm flabbergasted with this as a large sum of money was involved. People should rather buy from other websites as when it comes to making a purchase they are all smiles but when you experience a problem it's like you feel you don't even exist. "
