No item. No refunds. Silent as a mouse

I ordered a wedding gift on 24 Jan and they delivered incorrect items. I informed them and they collected the incorrect items and only sent back 1 of the 2 items. I informed them of the outstanding item and they have been silent since. Really disappointed with Takealot as I have always had a pleasant experience with them and coming her to complain was really hard.
