No Integrity when concluding a refund process
Takealot does not adhere to their return policy to conclude the process \instantly"I have to phone in every time to ensure something is being done. The returns dept do not do what they say. I have been promised my refund will be concluding and nothing is being done about it. They are quick to come collect your money"
