No information about supplier and/or warranty after 6 months - no telephone nrs, just useless webpages!!!!

Real quick deliveries, always on time -- sound great, doesn't it? Until you run into a product you bought (such as a Bosch Washing Machine) which obviously has a warranty. But wait, NO.... there is simply no information available anywhere, not even of the company who sold it through takealot. Now I have a fault on this machine which is not even 6 months old and LITERALLY NO PLACE to find out who should I speak to about the Warranty on this machine.

Honestly, this part about TAKEALOT SUCKS-ALOT.
