No humans working at Takealot

If you plan on buying anything here, please note that Takealot seems to have a policy not to communicate with their clients.

I returned a R17k coffee maker after 2 weeks' use, after it prompted me for cleaning that ought not be necessary until 6 months of use. Looking more closely I saw it's got scratches and wear on item.

Takealot rejected the return without any explanation. Spoke with 2 Takealot employees via email, both mail threads just died without any feedback from Takealot.

Cannot reach Takealot by phone: was on hold 15 minutes before I hung up... Old item was delivered to me today without notice, still zero communication.
