No hope of competing with AMAZON if they can’t get a shoe size correct!

I ordered a pair of shoes for my teenage sons birthday , size 10.5 to be specific. Since he’s a teenager, they were too small (go figure) so we returned them in the normal fashion for one size larger. I’ve now received order confirmation for the FORTH Return/ replacement shipment for yet another 10.5.

Why can’t TAKEALOT get this right??! They keep collecting, processing the return and reshipping the same size back to us each time!!

Please can someone with some knowledge on how to resolve this problem once and for all respond so that this matter can be resolved!!!
