No honor on Warranty

I have been a customer of Takealot.com as long as they've been in business, but I have learned that they do not honor warranties on their products. I bought a 3 in 1 sandwich maker at the end of December 2023 which has a very clear and obvious 3 year warranty sticker on the front display of the box. November 2024 the sandwich maker stopped warming up so is supposed to be covered under the warranty. They respond with a very weak reasoning that the product only has a 6 month warranty at Takealot, and they won't replace the product. I contacted the manufacturer and they refer back to Takealot. A never-ending cycle of companies who won't honor their promises!
