Original review Aug 21, 2026 I'm subscribed for takealot more premium, but I'm not receiving the benefits for it. Also they are either operating in a very dishonest way, or their systems or whatever it is needs to be upgraded because I waited the whole day up until 17:01 this afternoon for an order I placed yesterday morning before 10:00 which means it should've been delivered yesterday already because of my premium subscription, then at 17:01 I got an email from them that my same day delivery is delayed and I might not receive it today, I then immediately went to the order to reschedule the delivery, because I couldn't wait for them any longer, so it showed me a msg that the delivery was rescheduled for the selected date. Not long after that it shows on my order that it has been delivered to me and signed by me, but I wasn't even at home, I had to be somewhere and left right after I rescheduled my delivery and got the confirmation that it was successful. I did advice them via email but you only get assistance from a bot, I also informed them that I have cctv footage all around and will be viewing it on Monday when I'm back home to see if if was delivered to jy address and is so how the *** they gave my order to someone else and claim it was signed by me, but they honestly don't seem to give a damn about assisting at all. I have prove of all this I've attached a screenshots SS1 is the email saying my same day delivery is delayed The next 3 is their response to me when I informed them that I did not receive or sign for it because I'm not home And the last one is my orders page showing that it was delivered and I signed.
