No help useless

I buy almoat every week from takealot and i dont normally have complaints but now i really am ****ed. I placed on order of pills but when these oills arrived the box was open. I sent a query the very same day noone responded. Days later i decided to open a new ticket but i am asked why am i only sending the request now. While i explicitly stated that this is my second ticket. Now im being sent from hither to ***en tither and no one is resolving my qury. While on the other hand im also waiting for a delivery that was supposed to arrive on the 2nd of Feb. Its the 9th now but still nothing and no one has responded to my ticket . Im soooo tired now of logging queries that are ignored then people respond with stupid questions
